At this stage, we focus on the careful planning of production. This includes, for example, designing technical documentation, preparing the required jigs and tools, selecting materials and other steps necessary for the successful production of castings.
For the production of castings, we use up-to-date pattern equipment, which enables the fast and accurate production of moulds. This allows us to produce even very complex geometric shapes and achieve high-quality castings.
Special moulding machines and moulds are used to ensure the accuracy and perfection of the castings. The moulds are designed to achieve the best possible mechanical properties and aesthetic appearance of the castings.
To produce our castings, we only use best-quality materials that guarantee high strength and durability. The materials undergo rigorous testing to guarantee their quality. For melting materials, we use modern melting aggregates that allow precise dosing and an even heat distribution.
After the castings are made, they must be carefully cleaned of dirt and excess material. To do this, we use diverse cleaning methods that are tailored to the specific material and type of casting at hand.
To achieve a perfect appearance and protection against weathering, we perform surface treatment on the castings. This includes, for instance, grinding, polishing, painting and other forms of treatment according to the specific type of casting.
Once the casting is ready, its finishing is performed on CNC machines to ensure the perfect accuracy and quality of the final product.
