Our Technical Graduate Programme offers a great opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and become an expert in the field. We have a training-in plan in place and already waiting for you at the beginning of the programme to provide you with the necessary skills and experience to make your mark as a Foundryman. On completing the programme, you will become an expert in the field and gain the opportunity to obtain an open-ended employment contract with attractive salary conditions significantly above the industry standard and up to CZK 40,000-55,000. In addition, you will receive a signing-on bonus of CZK 10,000.
Our programme is designed for graduates of the technical fields of secondary or vocational schools, or candidates with on-the-job experience.
