Burner and control system for combustion of natural gas and oxygen from AIR PRODUCTS spol. s r.o.
Ductile cast iron is produced at a metallurgical station (Progelta It.) with a filled section with exhaustion and with two feeders for the modification and inoculation section respectively.
All the charging stock used has quality certificates.
The composition of the liquid metal to meet all standards is checked by means of:

a Tasman Q4 spark spectrometer, which is connected to the OPTI foundry control system;
Ledeburite evaluations to verify the effect of inoculation;
Metallographic sampling (externally);
Thermal analysis for interpretation of the metal cooling curve (externally)
